Quick sale of my house… sold in 3 days … my son worked with Scott Weaver and Scott Weaver was his boss there at the establishment that my son works and he left to go sell real estate with Re/Max and he had heard how well Scott was doing on the broker side and selling houses, so I called Scott and he got me in touch with Denise and there… we got the contract signed. I was out of state actually, and I’m still out of state. Anything and everything that I’ve done in dealing with Denise has been, you know, being the phone or email so you don’t have that face to face correspondence. Ruth – People were knowledgeable, they gave us clear direction and did their job efficiently.
Interviewee – So why’d you hire Denise in the first place like what’s the story about hearing your name and coming into contact with her?
Ruth – My husband had researched her record and her ability to sell homes quickly and we finalized the decision by her rationale she uses to price homes.
Interviewee – So then how many days was your home on the market?
Ruth – Four
Interviewee – And in what area of town or neighborhood were you selling your house in?
Ruth – In Kettering
Interviewee – So is there a particular occurrence that sticks out in your mind where Denise exceeded your expectations?
Ruth – I guess I was not expecting the call that confirmed the showing because there were 8 showings in like 4 days or something but I appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to close with buyer, which stands out in my mind.
Interviewee – Was there like anything specific that sets her apart from other realtors do you think?
Ruth – Well she’s confident about what she does because she’s successful; so confidence helps she’s professional in her appearance and her approach. We expressed concerns but she redirected the focus to the point of what we were doing. She listened but she also knew how to stray from what we were focused on.
I’ve had my house up for sale before with other Realtors and they just came in and told me what I wanted to hear. I felt very comfortable with Denise and her team and it was more of a conversation. She didn’t just list the home for sale and hope someone came along to buy it, she actually worked for me which made it a great experience.
We had really good results when we worked with Denise. Our home was sold within a week and we had multiple offers. The first offer dropped out and Denise, using her skill and expertise, was able to go to the second buyer and get them back into the picture in order for us to sell our home.
